Analysis
Independent laboratories analyse each batch for identity and purity. The certificate of analysis for your batch is available on request, and the batch number is printed on the vial so it can always be traced back.
Handling
Material is held in temperature-controlled storage and dispatched with insulated packaging and a cold pack. Orders are picked the same working day where possible.

Questions about documentation, batch records, invoicing or delivery go to our team directly, by email or WhatsApp. We answer in hours, not days.
RegenMed Labs supplies materials to research organisations, universities and private laboratories. Everything we list is intended for laboratory research use only, and we say so on the vial, on the invoice and at checkout.
That framing is not a formality. We will not advise on administration, we do not publish protocols, and we decline orders where the intended use falls outside research. If you are looking for something to take, we are not the right supplier and we would rather say so now.
What we do offer is consistency. The same batch testing, the same documentation, the same cold-chain handling on every order, so the material you receive in six months matches what you received today.
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, with tracked delivery on every order. UK orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; UAE orders are dispatched from our regional facility.
Payment is taken at checkout. Invoices and purchase-order arrangements are available for institutional accounts — email us before ordering and we will set that up.
If an order arrives damaged, or the documentation does not match what you ordered, contact us within seven days and we will replace it or refund it.
